Everything you need to know about order processing, tracking, and delivery.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. During new drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once the carrier has received the package.
Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses, customs delays, or other issues outside of Match Her Mood's control may affect delivery timing.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email matchhermood@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has started processing or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number, tracking number, and any helpful photos. Damaged package concerns should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
International Orders
If international shipping is available at checkout, duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges may be the customer's responsibility and are not controlled by Match Her Mood.
